Half Night, Half Day
stealing night I clamor
echoed song in fog's smoke keeps me awake
seer paints my future
stylish blue-threaded with pale moonlight
I glide into indigo's brow
wisdom screeches-tell everyone
silence kills enthusiasm
as I glide into yellow Van Gogh
with my lucky rabbit's foot

Whew! Awake and gliding, I think from Van Gogh's night into Dali's day! Eerie and beautiful. Someone should paint it!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that you said Dali-I am working on something that represents his voice~ ;D Oh, cool would that be..to blur those two artists~
DeleteThank you~

ReplyDeleteThank you Brian! I wanted to conjure up a bit of fortune's fun~
DeleteLove the use of specific colors, Ella. And I like the ideas of the seer, communication and luck ( we make our own!)
ReplyDeleteHi Kim,
DeleteYes, but I do think it helps to follow our intuition if it has a strong hooting sound! ;D Thank you~
THIS is FANTASTIC - so many great bits - love the owl - "seer paints my future"...."indigo's brow"....and gliding into yellow Van Gogh. Brilliant! Wowzers!
ReplyDeleteSherry, I thought of you when I typed indigo brow and that chakra poem we wrote! Intuition lives with the third eye-the indigo brow!
DeleteThank you~
